In business, the only thing that is certain is change. You change things based on your needs, your clients needs and even things that you learn along the way and want to integrate into your business.
When we started our business way back in 2006, we had one specific goal in mind and that was to help business owners with WordPress issues. It was what our customers needed at the time and we knew exactly how to help. So WP Help Club was born.
For the last 5 years, we’ve been focused on all things WordPress. But our customers’ needs have shifted a bit and for the past couple of years now, we’ve been helping with so much more than WordPress alone.
We’ve developed full scale membership sites that generate six figures for clients. We’ve become fully trained and are now certified Infusionsoft experts. We’ve created full service maintenance packages for people who need more than just “help”, they need a full takeover of the tech side of their business.
Our clients had different needs beyond WordPress, and we met those needs and beyond. So now, we’ve really outgrown our original business brand and name, considering we’re so much more than WordPress.
I’d love to welcome you to our new brand and our new website at www.newsoftwaremarketing.com.
New Software Marketing is actual our formal business name so the name is not new, but it feels really good to circle back to where we started 10 years ago.
I’d love to hear your feedback on our new brand to match our new direction. Be sure to share with your business friends and sign up for our new freebie to if it resonates with you HERE.
Good for you, Nathalie! So exited to see where you’ve come from and where you’re going and growing in leaps and bounds! I definitely see where, with all of you guys’ expertise and what you do for your clients, and what clients need to be truly successful and profitable online, you have to return to a more “full service/full spectrum” model. Congrats on your transformation!
